IRCC Portal shows Final Decision 23 April

For my mom's application, the document number got updated on Jan 2025 but still haven't received the PPR from IRCC. Could you please let me know when you get the PPR for your application? From what I know, it means that it will get approved, but then it's scary since it's been 4 months and no response.

@sm_07 I got my BVL on April 17th and got my PPR today. Did you try calling IRCC and specifically mention that you can see that its approved in the app tracker?
