IRCC Portal shows Final Decision 23 April

Hi,
I received BVL on 23 April and Portal is showing Final Decision 23 April but there is no APPROVAL/REJECTION news on the Portal not any PPR/Refusal letter! TRACKER Updated 24th April where I can see the overall status is IN PROGRESS and Eligibility, Biometric and Background all are completed but there is no VISA Number! Experts please tell me what is your understanding regarding my application?

Oh wow, after logging in to the application tracjer link. I Can see that a document number is available and is already approved till August 1 2030. I have uploaded the pic below. Does this mean that the application is approved.

In my GCKey account application is still in progress

APRIL 18th.. One day after BVL/correspondence letter.

What about you ? Did you get a document number in tracker?

For my mom's application, the document number got updated on Jan 2025 but still haven't received the PPR from IRCC. Could you please let me know when you get the PPR for your application? From what I know, it means that it will get approved, but then it's scary since it's been 4 months and no response.
