Ircc mistakenly withdraw my file station that i already have a valid visa

I applied for TRV on 4th August 2024.
I had a study permit till March 2025 but my passport stamp was expired in March 2024.
I have applied for study permit extension , and based on that , I applied for trv after coming to India.
Today, on 6th Feb 2025, I got an update on the portal that my application has been withdrawn by IRCC as I already have a valid visa.
I think there might have been an error from ircc side. What do I do ?

You can't apply for TRV without a valid study or work permit. Applying for study permit won't grant you a TRV.

Study permit is valid till march 2025 thats why i applied for a TRV. and No, applying for a study permit outside Canada grants you a TRV by default

After raising several webforms about the mistake done by IRCC, they issued me a Passport request. I do not know if this is to ban me or grant me VISA or anything else. I will update again after I receive the passport back.
