IRCC missed my updated LoA but approved my SP with my old LoA

I used an LoA for a PGD (24 mth long) to applied SP in the beginning, and later I submitted an LoA for a Master (18 mth long) via webform.
It finally approved my SP but I noted they should have missed my updated LoA, and wrongly approved my SP with the old one.
Does any one have similar experience and how to solve it? thanks
