So an IRCC letter (pdf) that asks for the Hong Kong Polic Certificate for my inland PR application has arrived last week, yay!
I've all my documents and fingerprints prepared to be sent. However I notice that the letter of request (pdf) from IRCC does not include a return postal address as requested by the HK police as they send the certificate to the IRCC office directly, never to the applicants. I've sent emails to both HK police and IRCC to ask for clarification a couple days ago and I'm not too optimistic I'll get replies from either.

If I print the contact info from the official webpages of the IRCC for the address directly, should I give them the address of the Canadian Embassy in HK or the local IRCC (Mississauga, Ontario) to which we've submitted our application package to?
The deadline for the document is in 2 months, which sounds like a lot of time but not really due to the postal delays and longer processing time due to covid. Hope y'all understand my concern and thanks for your attention!
