My question is I’m confused with the correspondence that i received. Is this for me or for my spouse?
My current situation is i have an on going petition for divorce filed last december 2017. I would like to get rid of my husband as part of my application because he doesnt want to cooperate with my application anymore. We have been separated for more than 3yrs already and since then we are not in good terms.

Kindly see Below correspondence that i received last december from IRCC.
