IRCC asking for new IMM 5406 for online form submission

I just received a letter from IRCC regarding my parents' sponsorship, they are requesting a review of the form IMM 5406. It says the online version is on the permanent resident portal. Once I log in I can only see the submitted application, which doesn't let me edit the form IMM 5406. The only form I found online is the one related to paper submissions, which I can download. Where can I access the version of IMM 5406 that is made for digital/online submissions? Any insights? Can I fill out the paper form and submit it?

Folks, if anyone comes here afterward, I called IRCC and they said that even though I sent the application digitally/online, the update requested by them can be filled in the paper format, which is the only one available for download if you already sent your application.

Just to be clear, you can submit the 'downloadable' form (what you're calling the paper format) by completing electronically, printing, signing, scanning and uploading back. (Actually you can probably complete by typing your name instead of signing/scanning back but I'm less confident about that).

No need to submit the printed one (by mail, that is).

Yes, to clarify: I submitted the entire package electronically, through the PR portal. I was asked today to submit a new IMM 5406, I had not added myself as "daughter" as I understood I only needed to add dependent children. But It was my mistake, dependent children need to fill out their own forms, BUT I do need to appear as daughter in the form for both my parents. The fact is that after you submit your application online, you don't have access to the electronic version of the form. Then I was told by IRCC it is ok to use the paper format in this case.

Thanks for the clarification.
On the paper form, if there is no enough rows to fill in all information about my siblings, should I just attach an extra piece of paper? Thanks.

I dont have the form in front of me nos, but I think there is a + and - signs on the right corner, you can add more rows. Or delete them.
