IRCC asked for new police report which is to be submitted within 15 days after the first one expired about a year plus ago!

Why is IRCC asking me to submit a new police clearance within two weeks and new medical test after the first ones expired? though am a PNP PR applicant, my application processing is over two years , I was really getting frustrated, my plans altered! before now;
1. Eligibility - Passed
2. Criminality - Passed (Now expired)
3. Biometric - Completed.
4. Medical -Passed (Now expired)

is there hope that this time around IRCC will finalize my Application? pls, I need your input. thanks

If they want, they want it. Just go ahead and submit it. There are no other inputs to your problem.
