Hello, applied online for spousal sponsorship on jan 11 2022. It was outland application. Biometric and medical done few days ago. Got an email from Singapore immigration office. Asked few documents. And mentioned submitted wrong application. And asked few forms.

And we actually submitted all 4 forms already. I have been told for online application i must upload the document in IRCC online portal. I dont have any account. When i tried to sign up for an account, it says i need an invitation code, which wasnt provided. I have given a link in that email. The link is broken and the link is for adopt a child in abroad which we didnt apply for. Just to let you guys know, i have tried IRCC PR portal but i cannot do any change or upload any documents over there. Any idea?? Anybody can guide me how to upload documents for online application??
