IRCC Account locked and cannot be unlocked online

Hi All,

my ircc account is locked after answering wrong security answers by mistake . I got message on screen that " account is locked and cannot be unlocked online" . I have already submitted my EE profile and waiting for updates on my profile.

We have also raised a webform request for unlocking our account.
Can you guys let us know if please help me what shall I do to get my account unlocked.

you can call the customer centre or just wait for the webform response.

Hi , thanks for your response. do you customer centre contact phone number , I am in us. Looking over their "Contact Us" cannot find any contact number.
