I received a letter from IRB asking to provide information and a couple of documents ASAP. What does that mean? Is that a positive sign? Thank you!

What have they asked for? What exactly does the request say? Hard to comment without knowing what they asked for. For example, if it's something related to IFA, that's not necessarily positive.

Thank you for your comment. Actually, they are asking for a copy of identification as well as evidence of threat/harm only.

The claim referred to the IRB last month. This is the first communication I receive from IRB.

Did you mention certain threat in your BOC without including the proof? There may be concern about the validity of your ID. If you have different forms of ID that you can submit all confirming that you are the same individual that would be beneficial.

Yes, verbal threats due to my job and I have a number of IDs that confirm my previous employment.

They are perfecting your file before scheduling your hearing... they will later send you correspondence to provide all evidence. They are performing integrity check on your BOC, if Minister want to intervene. Submit what was requested to IRB Vancouver office..
