IQAS

Hi,

I have applied for certificate assessment through IQAS, I ended up in IQAS since my institute is autonomous and as per the agent my certificates will not get approved via WES.
But my degree is of 3 years and I created the application through IQAS website below

From the initial stage itself I was unable to chose the need for assessment, But the certificates was send from the university to the given address.
And the certificates are received in Edmonton. the challenge I am facing now is
I am unable to select the reason for assessment, I contacted IQAS in the given number and via email, the only response I got was I NEED TO APPLY ONLINE and KEEP TRYING.
But I am not sure if this helps, the website always shows they have reached the limit for number of applications and ask to try again later.
I feel like I am the only one who has faced this kind of issue....

If anyone has knowledge on this matter, looking forward for your help, just want to know if there is a way out.......Or its just that i have to keep trying till I am done..

So did you have your certificates sent without first applying to IQAS? IQAS is incredibly backlogged & really not taking new applicants.

I had applied to IQAS for creating an application number. I have also sent the IQAS form along with the application.
So what next? shall I apply through WES?
