IQAS / WES Equivalency for Pakistani University IoBM.

Hi there , I have completed 2 year Bachelors in commerce from Karachi University with 3 years MBA (Executive) from IoBM. For express entry I am preparing my profile.

Need bit of support on following:

1. What equivalency will I get from IQAS , any idea?
2. Do I need to send sealed envelope from HEC or verified soft copy from university would suffice?
