IQAS- University not sending trancript to international address

Anyone here, who faced the situation, where university is not ready to send the transcript to international address. IQAS(Canada)

Please confirm the solution to this problem.

Yes I did. My University suggested I pay for the courier service and request them to pick up the envelope from them. So I went to DHL and paid and indicated that the package needed to be picked up from the university with the exact details of the office where the envelope was to be picked up. So essentially the DHL packaging was indicating that the package was coming from the university, worked out for me
