IQAS or WES?

I need your suggestion as to should I go for IQAS for education evaluation as recently WES stopped accepting PTU degrees.

Any idea as to how much time does IQAS take to process the documents?

IQAS takes 12 weeks for processing an ECA certificate. You can try sending your transcripts to IQAS for PTU. Good Luck
