IQAS Lagging behind?

Hi,

I've sent my documents to IQAS on following dates, but I'm yet to receive any confirmation of receipt:

Receipt of Bachelors Transcript 5-Apr-17
Receipt of Personal Information 5-Apr-17
Receipt of Masters Transcript 6-Apr-17

Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Same here. And when called them they said we take one week to open the documents and start processing once we receive :/

I suggest you called them on tuesday , and query them . I used IQAS myself and I was very persistent and I got put my documents in line within 6 days of receipt . I got my assesment done in 12 days . Its still faster than WES in my opinion . I got my e-report last week friday and the physical copy on wednesday

I received acknowledgement of receipt of my academic transcripts on 22-Apr-17
Currently their website is showing a processing time of 20 business days, so I'm hoping to get the assessment by 19-May-17

I myslef called yesterday they have changed their statement according to their recent changes take 2 weeks to open documents...:-| my docs reached there on 24th april according to Fedex..i dont know when i would get confirmation acknowledgement.

I got it in exactly 9 working days. Changes have been updated on their website
