IQAS - How to authorize ECA for OINP?

Hi,
in my OINP One-Key profile, it says "authorize the ECA organization to share the results of your assessment specifically with the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program."

When I go to my IQAS profile, the only option that makes sense is "Requesting an additional certificate."
a) Is "Requesting an additional certificate" how you authorize IQAS to send an educational certificate to OINP?
b) If so, what is the address that I have to send it to?

I am in a similar situation. I need to authorize IQAS to share results with OINP.
Can you help me to understand what is the process? There is no information on the IQAS website and would really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.
