IQAS Hiccups

I made my IQAS payment in the end of September. Documents and checklist sent on October 04, 2017, University documents sent on October 06, 2017, I have not received a single mail of confirmation since.
Although, the timeline of 13 weeks finishes tomorrow, but I am unsure as I have not received a confirmation from them, hence the processing time may vary.
Has any one received their reply from IQAS directly without receiving confirmation emails from them?

Sorry to hear about your experience but I think you should give them a call and ask about your application status. You should have gotten the first AOR within 4 weeks from the time your documents were received by IQAS. I believe you have sent your documents via courier or tracked mail.

'Assessing' status change: 26th January 2019.
waiting for the final result.
