I need a little help with my ECA in IQAS.
I received an email from IQAS, but I still have questions and I don't have time to wait for a new response by email.
The IQAS's officer say:
"You need to request that the institution that issued your credentials sends your transcripts directly to the IQAS office in a sealed envelope that is signed and stamped with the institution’s official seal across the back flap. When requesting that the institution sends your transcripts to IQAS you should use the Documents Request Form available on the IQAS website."
And in another moment it says:
"However, in cases where the issuing institution cannot send the official transcripts (attested) directly to IQAS, they may provide you with a sealed envelope with your attested transcripts enclosed which may be couriered by you to our office."
That is my case, my university don't have a service to send the envelope. Should I use the Documents Request Form or not? I haven't pay the service yet and I going to the University tomorrow to get my documents to transcript. If I don't need the Documents Request Form, I won't need to return to my university for sealing the envelope in another time.
