IQAS documents checklist for sending courier

Hi, can anyone guide me with the documents checklist need to be sent to IQAS through the mail?
I am planning to send the courier by myself.

1. Checklist - checked - PRINT out
2. sealed envelope from the university
3. passport - color copy
4. translation of degree - transcripts (if applies) - original attested
5. Copies of Degree - Transcripts - from the applicant side as well - PRINT out
6. Application - received from IQAS after payment - PRINT out
7. Payment receipt - PRINT out

Seal all in an A3 envelope and mail it through FedEx, DHL, or whatever courier service you have available in your city.
