hi i had submitted my documents 3 months(october) back to iqas but they say they have received only post graduation documents and not graduation!
I have send them courier receipts everything but as per them it might be somewhere in the papers so they are not able to confirm it till now.
Should i resend the documents?
I am unable to get clarity from them as they ask me to wait everytime i call them for progress
