I have seen your previous thread about the same issue. You have done it rightly. You need to email them at (coapk @ iom.int) stating that you want to register for next session. You will then get an email asking you to send the scan copy of PHEP (step 1) letter and any document showing your full name and B file no. You can send them scan copy of medical report form you received from London visa showing your name and file no.

Dear ,
Thanks for your email. Kindly share with us below mentioned documents required for registration with COA session:
PHEP Document: We need scan copy of the PHEP form in which CHC office has provided you information about IOM conducting COA session
B file Number: Any document from CHC in which your file number and name would be mentioned
