Hello I want to invite my parents for my granddaughter's first birthday in May and my daughter's university graduation in June want to know the first step what should I do first they are in the Philippines I just want to come late April until the 3rd weeks of June 2017. And one more thing do I need to get them a Canadian insurance? Thank you.

If you are only applying for a regular visit visa, Travel/health insurance is not mandatory. But for your peace of mind and depending on the health conditions of your parents, I would suggest to purchase Insurance for them.
