I wanna know the possibilities of inviting my grandma from Philippines. She is 79 yrs old. I am 16 yrs old and working part time. My Mom only work part time too and we are considered in low income family. We cannot go visit her not until the next two yrs and we want to see and be with her. I am pkanning to invite her for 2 to 3 months. She never travelled elsewhere her entire life and she was retired from many years.

Quite honestly, IMO, it might be challenging.

Chances of a TRV approval might be possible if she has more than adequate finances to pay for her entire visit (and return to the Philippines) + if she can demonstrate active ties (property/land ownership + commitments to return home to, etc).

It's not advisable to state a visit of 2-3 months. Do keep it to 3-4 weeks max

Plus of course at 79 even if getting a TRV approved she would need to ensure she has comprehensive travel insurance which may or may not include pre existing conditions.
