I would like to invite my Dad for 6 weeks or so but the problem is he is wheelchair bound. My question is can my brother travel with him. The reason is because while am at work my brother would be the one to stay home with him?

You can, but that would raise the question, why are you inviting him for such a long period to visit you if you can't be with him. Also you will have to make your case on why doesn't someone here stays with him. Also the TRV can be tougher to get as more questions will be asked on your brohter's financial situation (why can he stay without working for 6 weeks?).

So if you have no problem showing all that then I see no problems.

Thank you. I totally understand what you are saying. Maybe I should say 1 month then?
Am planning and starting school January and I work part time so that's why I was wondering if my brother could accompany him. He is living with my brother since 2013

There will be a need to provide enough socio-economic ties for your family members to return home and financial means to support 2 adults for the visitation period. Is your brother a full time carer for your dad back in your home country? Are there any official documents to this effect? A simple factor to consider is how much do you/ your family members have in your bank account/s at this time and how this compares to the total cost of the trip. If the ratio isn't significantly in favour of money in the bank then it will be a hard sell.
