Invitation was rejected as incomplete what to do next

Good day. We applied for express entry.Our invitation was rejected a month after we send all the necessary documents to ircc.it was rejected As incomplete because of the province that we chose which is montreal,quebec.We were clueless that quebec is not eligible for express entry.can we try to appeal to ircc and just change the destination?

I am not sure about appeal but you can definitely go back into pool again and wait for ITA.

Our score decreased by 5 points since my partner age.our crs now is 436 from 441 im afraid that i wont be recieving ita soon.not even close to the crs cut off score

I have read on forums here that some have appealed through CSE and their files have been re-opened...Worth a try...All the best!!!!

Create a Letter of Explanation explaining what happened and fill out CSE on above link and submit it.

You can try to raise a CSE, however re-enter the pool as well while waiting on a reply.
