I have received invitation under federal skilled worker and I have question regrading hiring a representative. How to make sure that the person in is legit not a fraud. I am concerned that there are number such cases going around. Also does submitting the application with a representative speed up the application? If hiring representative what I should be looking for and make sure that legit and not a scam. Any particular details or information I should ask and also they don't overcharge me in middle of my application.
