Invitation not received with more than cut off score

Hi guys,
I have created an express entry profile on oct 26 morning around 9 am and my CRS score is 527
The express entry draw was also on the same day with cut off 496
The draw happened on oct 26 13:05:36 UTC
according to IRCC website
But I haven’t received my ITA yet

Which time zone 9 am is it ? if eastern then Draw happened at 13 Utc which is 8 Am eastern time thats before you submitted the profile so in that case you need to wait for next draw.

make sure that your profile says "submitted", and when you go inside the profile it says "you are a candidate..." something like that
