Invitation letter to invite parents

Someone please help me to prepare invitation letter to invite my father on TRV

Start with the subject ' letter of invitation from *your name*'
Then write about your details like name,citizenship, your status and address in Canada. In the second paragraph, write about your father's details, the duration with dates when you want your father to visit and stay with you and the reason why you want him to visit you. In the third paragraph, write about your education,source of income, ur current employment and conclude with the name of documents you are attaching to prove your identity and that you can support him financially while he is Canada. You can enlist documents like copy of passport, copy of driving licence, copy of employment letter and payslips for last 6 months.

Thanks sheeba bernard for your reply..my next query is i am living here in rented house and tenancy agreement is not on my name so is it necessary to provide this document??

I am not sure about this..but i think just mentioning your address should be sufficient

Rental Agreement / Lease agreement would be a great add on to your application. If you cant arrange one for your current place, then as Sheeba mentioned, give the address of your place of stay. Also give information like, how long you have been staying there.
