I just created a profile along with my son to apply for the Canadian citizenship. After that, I sent an invitation to my wife in order for her to join my group; and when my wife tries to accept it, it says that "something went wrong". We tried for several times and the same comment was appearing. We checked the password and everything to be sure nothing was left behind. What do you think would be the reason for that issue?
