below are my JD.

Design and implement product support policy in designated region.
Recruit and give necessary training to support engineer.
Meet client for product updating and maintain satisfactory report.
Maintain budget of support team.
Manage staff performance and assist them to achieve given goal.

ps. this is not the exact wording which i have used in my application..
i have used more porfessional and technical words to represent the same thing.
