Need help on timelines with Intercompany transfers.
My current situation below
- I am currently in USA, came from India, my company is trying to send CANADA on a Intra company transfer.
- Initially thought of applying WP from New York VAC center and estimated time is 1 - 1.5 months.
- Recently got to know that VAC center in New York USA was closed temporarily until further notice.
- The other option company suggested to go back to India, be on headcount of Indian center and apply as an
Intra company transfer and it usually takes about 10-15 days or up to one month.
What is the realistic lead time to apply a ICT from India, whether it will be done in less than a month..? or any other better options from USA to apply WP.
I' m looking for the shortest lead time to go CANADA on ICT .
