intracompany transfer experience

Hi,
My question is. ....

if somebody already working in canada for past 1 yr under intercompany transfer . Would he / she be able to get canadian experience points directly or does he / she would also require LMIA assessment in order to earn exp. Points ?

::::::: Please consider the fact that I m not asking for the lmia approved valid job offer's 600 points . Intead I m just asking for the 50 points which is been awrded as a result of your 1 yr work experience in canada.

If you have worked in Canada full time for 1 year or more (or the equivalent in part-time), and the experience is in NOC classes 0, A or B, you are eligible for at least 40 points (when single) or 35 points (when applying with your spouse) for Canadian work experience.

An LMIA is not required to obtain these points.

short answer...YES, it will be considered canadian experience on Intra company transfer...to get those extra 50 points, it must be NOC 0, A or B cayegory job....

Assuming of course the inter company transfer met all the legal work permit obligations of course
