Intra Company Work Permit At New York Consulate

Has anyone recently applied for work permit at NY consulate? I dropped my application in person little over a month ago but haven't heard back. I sent an email as well, but no response.

The website mentions the processing time to be 2 months, but the gentleman who received my application told me that it should be less than a month.

Can you please share your timeline?

I applied at the LA consulate on July 11, and still no response. I emailed them 4 times, just get the automated response saying we got your email. cic website says 2 months, but mine has been 3 days over 2 months now...

My employer applied to NY consulate by post on 8 aug,2012 and still waiting.. . I checked my immigartion team..they say it will take 8-10 weeks.

I received my visa today, in exactly 7 weeks at the New York Consulate. Just hang in there guys, i am sure you will get it soon.
