Intra company transferee , Asked for LMO

I was in Canada from last 1 year and applied for WP extension 2 times , In the last extended WP document I got remarks
saying for further extension required an LMO.
My employer is reluctant to apply for LMO,

My current permit expiring soon , I have planned to go back to home country (India) and applying for WP –VISA
under Intra company program ,
My question is there is any possibility that Canada VISA office India can see the Remark on my last WP doc and can ask for LMO?

Generally an Intra company transferee does not require a LMO

they will ask for LMO as per the remark so try to ask your employer to apply for LMO while you are in Canada
