Intra Company Transfer to Canada

Hi All,

I am an Indian national working in Singapore. My small company in Singapore is recently taken over by a Canadian company and I have been a contract employee for more than an year with my company in Singapore.

Kindly help with the info on following if someone has done Intra Company recently.

1. Is my company here which is LLP(Limited Liability Partnership) eligible to send employee in Canada?
2. Are there any requirements of minimum restrictions on my salary or minimum turnover of my company?
3. If my parent company in Canada wants to sponsor Intra Company, generally how much processing time it takes ?

if you are a contract employee then you are not a permanent employe, so would not be eligible, correct? To be eligible for ICT, you must be in a senior management, executive position or have knowledge that no Canadian employee has (or they can hire). Read through the link as the company has much paperwork to complete. Processing can months.
