Intra Company Transfer to canada from Usa. Self application

Hello all,
First of all i would like to thank each and everyone trying to help fellow applicants.
i am a electrical engineer working in USA for about one and half year now.
i have specialized knowledge in proprietary products in our company.
i qualify for Intra-company transfer form US to Canada. i am trying to apply for Intra-company transfer my self.
i see that my employer in Canada need to provide me with offer of employment by posting in IRCC website.
my employer has posted the above, paid the fee and i got the offer of employment number.

after this i see there are three options in https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca
1. Visitor visa, study and /or work permit
2. Express Entry (EE)
3. International Experience Canada(IEC).

I would like to know which option is appropriate for Intra-company transfer.

I am applying online and would like to from user who have did same as me (self-applied).

Thanks for the speedy reply,
i have chose the first option and answered the questioniare. after that it says
Foreign Worker - International Mobility Program (visitor's visa required + no work permit)

It gives me the above option.
This is where it confuses me. i need work permit to work intra-company transfer, so why does it say that no work permit??
