Intra-Company Transfer Start Up work permit

Dear all - has anyone gone through the process of applying for an Intra-company transfer start up work permit?

This is when you currently work for a company in Country A, and your company sets / starts up a subsidiary, branch, parent company, in Country B - and transfers you from CA to CB to work.
