Hi everyone and thanks in advance for the help you will be providing me.
So: I'll be probably recieving very soon the letter from my branch company in Canada.
A procedure for the TWP that is LMO exempt.
My (new) company would like me to start ASAP so I want to upload correct documents at the very first tentative.
But still I haven't understand some of the point I'm asked:

1) they require my resume but they also ask: "Proof you meet requirement for the job".
What exactly is that ? Isn't my resume enough for that ? I just don't understand what am I supposed to do there...

2) Letter from current employer. Passing mouse over the blue question mark it is written: "You must provide a letter from your current employer or proof of annotated pay stubs from your employer".
What is it ? My contract letter from my emploer in my country ? Proof that I'm really hired by him ? A bank estatement that show monthly bank transfer ? And IMPORTANT: do they care the amount of my monthly income ? Do they care about my overall assets ?

3) Rome immigration writes me (in Italian) they will be processing the whole procedure. Do I have to send them the "letter from current employer" in Italian or in English ? Because obviously when i got hired they wrote me in Italian. If it has to be translated: can I do it myself or do I need to make it get translated from some official dept ?

Many many thanks in advance

We don't see too many people on this forum who are going through the ICT process. And for those who are, the paperwork is typically all handled by the company (not by the employee). So I think it's quite possible no one will be able to answer your questions (I certainly can't).

You may want to seek out the assistance of a lawyer or speak with your company to find out if the HR department can assist with this process (if it's a large company, the HR department has typically dealt with ICTs in the past).
