Dear All,
Just a Question. Iam working in Canada on WP ( NOC skill type O) from past 6 months under ICT . Iam wondering once I complete my 1yr . Can I be eligible to apply CEC ,since I was exempted from LMO.

Yes you can apply via CEC after 12 months.
