The interview is usually nothing to worry about, 5 or 10 minutes of casual discussion (where you live, your work, family, other mundane stuff) and some documents check. Everyone used to have one before covid, and now IRCC is doing it for some applicants.
Unless there's a "real" reason to deny your application (less than 1095 days, criminal activity...), no, you shouldn't expect a denial, and the interview should normally go very smoothly.
