If a interview is waived does it mean that now you know 100% that you will be receiving you PR in the near future? Considering that there is no problem with police clearances, medical and etc.

Thank you.

You should be receiving a letter regarding this. Wait for it. Surely it will explain things more fully and probably give you further instructions. Nothing is 100% until you have your visa in your hand.

Best wishes!!

Hi Bluff Master,

Was your application processed at Buffalo Office or the NY satellite office? My application was transferred to NY satellite office in February. I am now gathering the PCC and the medical records for submission.

My application was processed at Buffalo Office. What is the PCC? Was your interview waived?

Nothing is 100% sure until the visa officer at the POE signs your COPR, looks at you, smiles and says "Welcome to Canada". After that point you can truly say that you have arrived... That very moment in time is truly a life changing experience... So go ahead, feel free to run as fast as you can through the terminal with your baggages in tow to catch you connecting flight... it is so good to be free.
