Hi All,

I wanted to know that whether during the interview, do they ask for additional documents like credit report, notice of assessments and option-c documents.

If these documents are submitted, how much approximate time will they require to review to ask for an oath?

Thanks

Liz

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Yes, they might as for that on the spot during the interview, or later after. But it's better to be prepared and have everything on you. The officer might make the decision immediately and approve your application or tell you'll be informed with the decision within some period. The time depends on whether your case needs to be referred to a judge or not (for a lot of factors).. But generally speaking, all possibilties are open
- You can be handed the oath letter on the spot.
- You can get oath letter within a week to 6 months depending on your local office.
- You might get RQ'ed
