Interview After Medicals and RPRF

Hey guys,
I really need your help.. Well i applied my case back in 2009 from Sweden to CHC London since i am studying here as a student. Last year in dec 2010 I received my Medicals request and RPRF which i submitted in the same month. However now when i was expecting PPR.Upon contacting CHC London through mail I was told that an interview will be required. Now my question is why would they ask for an interview after medicals,PPR and everything!?Is it normal or is it only me?Most of the cases I have gone through now on this website suggests that interview request after medicals are rare?However I am confused since I don't know what might have flagged this interview!I already have ordered My CAIPS. Can u guys suggest what might have caused an interview request at this stage..Has anyone else experienced the same situation of receiving an interview request after medicals.. If Yes kindly let me know about your experiences and what were the primary questions in such interview...

Sohail, something might have came during background checks or security checks. No one will be able to guess exactly what is going expect CAIPS.

No need to worry, it could be a verification for some information that is recently recieved. This happened quite few times for some members. So don't worry.. Check your CAIPS once you receive them and you might come to learn about reasons behind the interview request.

Just be honest and truthful, and you will go through it peacefully.

thx guys but I always thought background checks related to experience and education are done before medicals and after medicals security background check starts.. So thats whats actually confusing because I have no idea what it is related to.. But then I haven't received interview letter yet.. I think they will mention things I need to bring with me that will also give some kind of idea. Another thing my father petitioned in the US for me. The date for which is almost approaching in 7 8 months. I already have submitted all my documents to nvc for that. Could that be a problem which might have came in security interview or something?

After medicals interview is not really strange maybe few reasons,
Are you married if yes maybe related your marriage just to make sure its your real wife
Any problem with your medicals, maybe related that
Or they just wanna make sure about your all documents maybe they doubt some documents and they will verify with you.
Please note they request me medicals after so long waiting and I did medicals and after 5 months they refuse my application due to I dont have enough points then I fight with them because they made error and they re-open my file again and I am still waiting to finalize.

Ahan but why would they do that if you were eligible and had the points.I mean thats a mistake then its not like they would be repeating something like that again. what is the current status of your case? at what stage are u on?

error happnes from them all the time, we sent our passports on December 2010, still waiting for return, now our medicals even expired in march, so I dont know what gonna happen

If you have done you inteview please explain. I am at same stage and got interview after medical done. you interview experience will very help full for me. plzzzzzzzzzzzz write the story of this interview.

I was also called for an interview after medicals. Turned out it was just a routine quality check. IO said from the beginning of the interview that my application was already approved and I was just randomly selected to be participant in their occasional quality performance checks. He just asked about my job and if I have made any arrangements for getting licensed to practice my profession. I am a physiotherapist.

So you may or may not have a problem with your application. As long as what you submitted was true then you have nothing to worry about.

Try to search through your file and see where they could be asking you to clarify. If i were you i will just order caips to be on the save side.

from Caip Notes you will know how to prepare for the interview.
