I did 3 internship/co-op when I was an undergraduate students in the States. All of them are full-time (>37.5hr/week, paid, 6 months/each). Could I count them as my work experience?

P/S:
1. I have read CIC Guides (OP06, EG7) and hundred of posts here, but I still don't have a clear answer. Any advice/help/suggestion is greatly appreciated!
2. I am applying for Federal Skilled Workers (PhD Stream).

Hopefully you can show it, I am not yet sure if Work experience of such kinds require salary statements.
its a technical question and can only be answered by most senior members. can you talk to Bobby, Leon, PMM, Qorax ?

Any paid experience/work if part time or full time is considered as work experience suitable for immigration purpose. As long as you can produce documentary evidence of such work experience, I do not foresee any problem !!
Further, just ensure that all other eligibility criterion are met as regards your work experience that have been mentioned in the MI and the manuals/guides
Wish you all the best

@jnathan, JUNER2011: Thank you!

I have been able to confirm with a representative from CIC (in an information session at my school) that internship/coop could be counted as work experience (for FSW category).

It is ok to apply, you can count that work experience.

For Example : Many employers in Canada offers :
Job Type : Full Time (Employee)
Hours of Work: 7 hours per day, total 37.5 hours per week
Job Grade: IT2
Wage: $42.12 - 50.22 per hour.

if any query read and ask here too Qorax: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/coop-the-way-forward-to-your-canadian-experience-t79598.0.html
