A friend has worked in US for 7-8months a few years back. He is back in his home country now. He tried to get in touch with them to provide an experience letter. The HR has provided a generic letter stating his time period and positions held on it. However responsibilities aren't mentioned
He has asked them again to provide it but there is no response. He does have pay slips from that time along with other letters given to him during that period.
Will an LOE with proof that he tried to get the letter but could only get a generic letter be enough? He will attach payslips and other supporting documents.
