Hello,
I have an inquiry in regard to EXPRESS ENTRY

Exactly about:

(Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate?)

I have a bachelor degree and 1 year postgraduate diploma from my own country ( outside canada )

I want to increase my CRS by taking a program in Canada.

Please give me answer about this:
1.What programs are considered under
(Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate?)

; as I already have a degree and a postgraduate diploma, should the program in Canada that I intend to study be higher than what I have or it can be any one even post secondary diploma, or certificate?

2. In this case will I also get points for two or more degrees, diplomas or certificates?

You can already claim points for 2 or more degrees if your bachelor degree is 3 years or longer.
You need at least a master's level degree to boost your CRS.

Will I get points for both
-Two credentials and
-Canadian degree, diploma or
certificate?

For example I get 8 points for pg diploma

And I get 23 points for the Canadian certificate.
Is that right

And it is not clear are they count canadian diplomas and certificates as for getting 23 points

The page I linked refers to points under six selection factors for FSW, not CRS scores. I linked it to give you an idea as to what post secondary program you can choose, as that page contains lists of different programs
If you want to know how your CRS would change, use the calculator or refer to CRS grid
