Hello all,

I want to know whats the difference between Quebec and other provinces in Canada? I mean what rules will change? How about part time jobs, PGWP and PR rules. Pl help

The only difference is that you have to fill a special form for Quebec and within 20 dAYS they send you a paper for the canadian gouverment, its nothing but administrative crap because they want to be special

well there r a few differences. as far as study permit goes u only need to apply for CAQ before u apply for ur study visa. which is an easy and straight forward process. Now for PGWP its the same process as other provinces no difference. For PR well thats tricky. Quebec is the easiest province to get PR provided u know french. PR is very tricky here as u need to give a test for french like IELTS that u give for english. That u can do just learn french for the exams but problem becomes when u go to find job as for PR u have to wait in quebec till u get ur PR which can be 1 to 2 years and without knowing spoken french it is very difficult to find a skilled job. So u see u wont get a job and even though ur PR application can go easy staying here without a job till u get PR is difficult. I am in montreal right now and want to move out of here as soon as possible.
