International student without IELTS

No you MUST have a full English evaluation. Why would we let in people who can't speak acceptable English? We have a level of 60% of our population with degrees or diplomas. You are going to compete here; HOW?

Interesting article that lays out why anyone who does not follow through on an acceptable level of English is not doing themselves any favours much same as people sharing answers. No point in attending any classes if cannot understand at level required and more to the point not really fair on others in same class.
