International student with a 48% in Bachelors of Commerce

Hey Team,

I always have sought and received resolutions from you guys.

This time this is about my Wife. She has got 48% in B.Com. and no mainstream consultant is taking up our case to apply a study visa in Canada.

Please share any incident where studying in Canada with this low percentage is possible.

Secondly, if any all-star member can inform me about any college/University or any institute for good lord, for any course, in any Province of Canada, where we can apply and study in Canada. Because i want to take her with me and start our Academics and further life in Canada.

I think it's going to be very difficult to secure a study permit in Canada with that kind of grade. What are her IELTS marks? Does she have any work experience? If so, what kind of work experience and how many years?
